USPS Priority is always free on orders over $75. If the order is under $75, shipping price follows the weight tier shown before you place the order and depends on your carrier service choice. Local pickup in Asheville is free!

You must be 21 or older to order. We ship inside the United States only. We cannot ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Vermont, or Wisconsin. Some cities and counties are blocked too, including parts of Florida, California, Washington, and Idaho.

Shop Kratom has the wild-harvested powder, crushed leaf, sample packs, and split kilos. Free USPS Priority starts at $75. You can also pick up in Asheville or find 1 oz and 4 oz pouches at listed retail shops.

Yes! If you are in WNC you will see a local pickup option at checkout. Your order is usually immediately available at our shop located on 481 Hendersonville Road, Asheville, NC 28803. Hours are Monday through Wednesday 12 to 5, Thursday through Saturday 10 to 7, closed Sunday. Bring your receipt.

Yes. Find a Store lists shops that carry our 1 oz and 4 oz packs, including Hot Spot locations. Some Hot Spots run an in-store two 4 oz special. Hours and stock are set by each retailer. The Asheville dispensary is our own counter.

A sample pack is three 1oz or 4oz packets of each variety. It includes one Green Maeng Da, one Red Maeng Da, and one White Borneo packet in smaller sizes so you can try before you buy a bulk size. It is the same wild-harvested, lab-tested leaf as the larger pouches.

A split kilo is one kilo of powder split across the strains you choose, at kilo pricing instead of three separate smaller bags. Mix Green, Red, and White Borneo in the amounts on the product page. It’s basically a bulk variety pack. It is NOT a blend of different strains mixed together.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday ship the same day from Asheville. Weekend orders go out the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. You will receive a tracking email once the label is created.

As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a link with your tracking number. If you can’t find the email or think you may have put in the wrong email address, please contact our customer service team (here).

Since shipping carrier delays are out of our control, we cannot reimburse or speed up a delayed package. If your package doesn’t show up after 8 days or is clearly lost, we will ship a replacement.

You have 30 days from purchase to ask for a return or exchange. We cannot receive opened or used pouches, and we need a receipt or other proof of purchase. We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so reach out if you’re unhappy with your purchase! For returns, email info@saktibotanicals.com or use the contact form. Kratom is a tropical evergreen tree in the coffee family. It grows across Southeast Asia, including the forests of Borneo where we harvest. Sakti sells dried leaf as powder and crushed leaf, packed in Asheville. We do not sell extracts.

We sell named strains from our wild-harvested Borneo lineup: Premium Green Maeng Da, Premium Red Maeng Da, and Premium White Borneo, plus Green Borneo crushed leaf for tea. Green Maeng Da is sun-dried quickly for a bright green color and fresh aroma. Red Maeng Da is partially sun dried, then finished in shade. White Borneo is shade-dried slowly. All of it is hand-picked from ancient trees in Borneo.

If you have not tried our leaf yet, start with a sample pack of Green, Red, and White. That is the same wild-harvested powder as the larger pouches. Once you know a favorite, shop that strain by the ounce or step up to a split kilo. Crushed leaf is the tea format.

Sakti leaf is hand-picked from wild trees in Borneo, not grown as a plantation cash crop using harsh pesticides. Our harvest team works in the forest locals call Sakti Hutan. We believe wild-harvested Kratom is the superior option!

Yes, and you can see 3rd party results, not just a badge. Every pouch has a QR code tied to that batch number. You can also view lab results on SC Labs. Lots are tested in Indonesia before they leave and again in the United States after they arrive. We quarantine the lot until the US labs clear.

Find the QR on your pouch, open your camera app and scan it, then match your bag’s batch number to the SC Labs listing. You can also find all of our past and current results.

Mix the powder into a small amount of water, or juice if you don't like the earthy and bitter taste. Throw it in a smoothie or protein shake to really mask the taste. Brew crushed leaf like any other tea. Always consult your doctor before using kratom. We cannot provide medical advice.

We have a real working relationship with our team in Indonesia and import in small batches instead of buying anonymous export lots. Leaf is wild-harvested, washed, and dried in Borneo, then milled in a clean facility with food-safe equipment. Every pouch gets a QR lab result. We focus on truly clean products and transparency.
