Is your kratom lab tested?
Yes, and you can see 3rd party results, not just a badge. Every pouch has a QR code tied to that batch number. You can also view lab results on SC Labs. Lots are tested in Indonesia before they leave and again in the United States after they arrive. We quarantine the lot until the US labs clear.
When is shipping free?
USPS Priority is always free on orders over $75. If the order is under $75, shipping price follows the weight tier shown before you place the order and depends on your carrier service choice. Local pickup in Asheville is free!
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday ship the same day. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. You will get a tracking email after the label is created.
